Removing the carpet and staining the concrete

We have decided to move forward with removing the carpet and staining the concrete. I've attached a couple of photos for you to see how this will look. This process is going to take about four weeks to get done and will be an inconvenience while this process is being done. This forum was created if you have any questions about the process, dates, costs, etc. We will also post updated on when the work will start and the schedule for when the work will be done in your hallway. Once we finish the floor treatment then we will paint the walls. Any color suggestions? I think our door color needs to change too. What are your thoughts?
