Park North is a condo complex located in downtown Orlando. We created this website to help foster community among its residents and owners. This new Park North community will allow owners and residents to stay updated, meet each other, network and build a community. You can sign up for free. The only requirement is that you are either an owner or renter at Park North. Once you sign up, you can create subgroups and meet your neighbors, building FAQ's, get restaurant recommendations, etc.

Joining Park North's online community is super easy & free plus, it will allow you to get to know your neighbors. Since we are all busy professionals it makes it difficult to meet each other. I think this community will help, but it will be nothing without your participation. Please be constructive and polite with all of your comments and communications- otherwise, you will be removed. We want to foster community building so play nice.

If you are an owner then we have a group where you can have open discussions about budgets, property management, the Board of Directors, and many other topics. Request to be added to the owner group.

If you are a resident, non-owner then sign up for our group. In this group you will be able to openly discuss issues related to renting at Park North and ask questions.

Take our survey and tell us what you think. Once we receive a decent number of respondents then we'll evaluate the results and post them here.
